Led by our bathroom design professionals, these in-depth sessions walk you through what to expect before remodeling your bathroom. How Much Does a Bathroom Remodel Cost?
Bathroom remodeling can be as simple as new tile floors or as complex as a complete rebuild. The best way to determine a bathroom remodel cost is to schedule a free estimate. Although, to have a better idea of cost before starting, we split bathroom remodels in three ways: Refresh your look - $8,000+ to Direct Replacement - $12,000+ to Design & Remodel - $18,000+. We also provide Financing Options, allowing you to remodel now and pay later with no interest if you pay your balance within 12 months.
How Long Does it Take To Remodel a Bathroom?
Utilizing a timeline is very important when remodeling a bathroom. Each bathroom remodel timeline will differ, depending on the extent of the work done and product selection. A good range, from initial consultation to project completion, is 7-14 weeks.
1. Consultation: Typically, our designers will come to your home, measure, and provide design recommendations, depending on your wants and budget restrictions. This will only take a few hours.
2. Design: You'll stop by our local showroom for product selection, including but not limited to floor tile, wall tile, bathroom vanity, and countertops.
3. Planning: We'll do inspections, order materials, and pull permits for you if necessary.
4. Installation: Once all the materials are here at Tile Center, the installation will generally take between 2-5 weeks. This timeframe depends on how much of the bathroom you are remodeling and how large your bathroom is. For example: If you are installing a custom frameless glass shower enclose, there is a week of downtime during your project while the glass gets templated and tempered before being installed.
5. Completion: After your bathroom remodel is completed, we'll do a final walk through to ensure everything is up to standard. Enjoy your new bathroom!
